  • Grumpy Baker Sourdough – Butters (crayfish, truffle, cultured)

  • First Light Venison Tartare – Kimchi, soy cured yolk, Coromandel seaweed, Kogi sauce, rice paper

  • Greenlea Prime Beef Ribeye – Short rib dumpling, enoki, quail egg, Chinese greens, caramelised onion, dashi broth

  • Ovation Lamb Wellington – Pinenut & brioche stuffing, fresh mint sauce, truffle potato, sorrel, jus

  • Little Pavlova – Summer berries, sheep’s milk yoghurt, balsamic, basil
