  • Grumpy Baker Lava Roll – Garden herb & garlic mascarpone

  • First Light Venison Tartare – Kimchi, wakame, soy cured yolk, crackers

  • Ovation Lamb Rack – Pressed belly, sweetbreads, pinenut stuffing, chermoula soubise, sorrel, jus

  • Greenlea Rib Eye – Oxtail dumpling, Chinese greens, lotus root, caramelised onion dashi broth

  • Biscoff Tiramisu – Raglan roast espresso, caramelised biscuit, vanilla bean, Belgian chocolate
