  • Grumpy Baker Sourdough – Smoked butter

  • Slow Pork – St. Louis pork rib, pumpkin brûlée, apple, sweetcorn, homemade BBQ sauce

  • Smoked Duck – Pinot brine, cherry wood smoke, pomme purée, plum gel

  • Beef – Eye fillet, pressed beef cheek, truffle mayo, smoked aubergine, beef fat fondant, wakame

  • Tiramisu – Salted caramel, Biscoff, Belgian chocolate, hazelnut
